At Dim Mak Collection, we want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. We offer returns and exchanges on unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in the original packaging if possible and include the provided packing slip to ensure faster processing.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label generated from our portal and affix it to the outside of your package, ensuring any old labels are covered.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
